Certification Process

Our dog was trained at Falco K9 Academy. Falcos canine bed bug scent detection training program is extensive and effective. We selected Falco because of their proven history of success at training scent detection dogs. Falco has been Federally licensed since 2001. They are one of the few training facilities in the nation who are federally licensed by both the DEA and ATF, working with both law enforcement and civilian detection dogs.

Consistent On-going Training

If Riggs indicates positive for bed bugs, the handler will conduct a visual inspection during the same visit. Bed bug infestations cannot be confirmed without visible evidence.
